Culture Development East Africa (CDEA) with support from the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Dar es Salaam is organizing its 4th season of the BINTI LONGA GENDER FORUM in December 2023.
This highly interactive, inclusive and safe forum aims at exploring differnt opportunities, challenges, rights and duties of women in the society. Our main focus this season will be on Women in the Arts Sector in Tanzania in determining:
- The status of women in the Art Sector in Tanzania.
- Opportunities to be exploited by women in the art sector with the growing digital economy
- Challenges faced by women in the Art sector in the current era.
- Rights of women in arts,and the current policy and legal Environment.
