CIPESA
The Collaboration on International ICT Policy for East and Southern Africa (CIPESA) works to promote effective and inclusive ICT policy and practice for improved governance, livelihoods, and human rights in Africa. Our work is informed by a network of collaborators in Africa and globally, who share in the vision of advancing an open, safe and free internet. Through this network, we advance online rights, conduct research, share insights, and seek opportunities to widen the reach of online rights advocacy.
